Ethics Policy
Last updated: 23 June 2026
At Goldman Plumbing Services (ABN [ABN to be added]) we are committed to conducting our business honestly, safely and with integrity. This Ethics Policy sets out the standards we expect of our directors, employees, contractors and suppliers.
Integrity and honesty
We deal fairly and honestly with our clients, colleagues, suppliers and the community. We do what we say we will do, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
Compliance with laws and standards
We comply with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements and Australian plumbing and building standards. We hold the appropriate licences and work to the relevant codes of practice.
Health, safety and the environment
The safety of our people, clients and the public comes first. If a task is not safe, we stop and reset. We work to reduce our environmental impact and to deliver durable, responsible solutions.
Conflicts of interest
We avoid situations where personal interests could improperly influence our business decisions. Any actual or potential conflict of interest must be disclosed and managed appropriately.
Anti-bribery and corruption
We do not offer, give, request or accept bribes, secret commissions or improper payments of any kind. Gifts or hospitality must be reasonable, transparent and never given or received to influence a decision improperly.
Respectful workplace
We are committed to a safe, inclusive and respectful workplace, free from discrimination, harassment and bullying. We value diversity and treat everyone with dignity and fairness.
Confidentiality and fair dealing
We respect the confidential information of our clients, partners and people, and use it only for legitimate business purposes. We compete fairly and deal honestly in all our dealings.
Raising concerns
We encourage anyone who becomes aware of conduct that may breach this policy or the law to raise it. Concerns can be reported to management in confidence, and we will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern.
