Gender Pay

Last updated: 23 June 2026

Goldman Plumbing Services (ABN [ABN to be added]) is committed to gender equality and to paying people fairly for the work they do, regardless of gender.

This statement reflects the principles of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth). [Note: confirm whether Goldman is a "relevant employer" required to report to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) based on employee numbers; this page can stand as a voluntary commitment regardless, and any published WGEA figures can be added here.]

Our commitment

We believe people should be rewarded for their skills, effort and contribution — not their gender. We are committed to equal pay for work of equal or comparable value, and to building a workplace where everyone has a fair opportunity to progress.

What we do

  • Pay people fairly and consistently for the same or comparable roles
  • Recruit and promote on merit, and work to remove bias from our processes
  • Welcome and support women and people of all backgrounds into trades and leadership roles
  • Provide a safe, inclusive and respectful workplace (see our Code of Conduct)
  • Review our pay and practices over time and act on what we find

Industry context

Plumbing and construction have historically been male-dominated industries. We recognise this and are committed to playing our part in attracting, supporting and retaining a more diverse workforce.

Reporting and improvement

Where we are required to report gender equality data to WGEA, we do so, and we use the results to keep improving. Any published gender pay information will be made available here. [Add WGEA results / employer statement when available.]
