Goldman Plumbing provides a complete Hydronic Heating service, from design and construction of a new system to servicing an existing system or troubleshooting systems experiencing low performance.

Goldman Plumbing's team consisting of Engineers and Technicians specialise in servicing, repairing and upgrading large and complex commercial installations.

At Goldman we recommend six monthly servicing of all hydronic heating systems.

A pre-season service in late Summer, early Autum to best ensure the system will run trouble free over the winter months. This service not only services the boilers, pumps and other serviceable components of the system, it also tests all radiator thermostatic valves and manifold valves that have not been exercised over the summer months to ensure normal operation. Diagnosing system faults during this service also allows time to rectify them prior to the system being heavily relied upon.

An end of season service early spring to best prepare the system for the summer months where it will experience little to no use.

This service includes boilers, pumps and all other serviceable components. A complete system operation check is undertaken with corrosion inhibitor also tested and topped up if required.

In addition to six monthly servicing Goldman Plumbing recommends a full system flush every three years to thoroughly clean the system by removing all scale and sludge.

Standards & Compliance

Hydraulic works are carried out to AS/NZS 3500 and gas-fired boilers and plant to AS/NZS 5601, so systems are installed and serviced to compliant, best-practice standards.
