Estia Health-Altona Meadows

Goldman Plumbing carried out roof replacement and alteration works at the Estia Health Aged Care Facility, Altona Meadows, Victoria. This facility had historic design faults that led to water ingress into the building during heavy downpours.

The existing roof was removed and modifications were made to the existing roof structure to allow for new rainwater overflows and to better support the roof and box gutter.

The installation of the new roof, flashings and overflow sumps were installed to meet Australian Standards. This resulted in all previous roofing issues being resolved.
