Estia Health Grovedale Warm Water Upgrade

Goldman Plumbing carried out an upgrade of the Estia Health Aged Care facilities warm water plant. The existing Edwards storage heat exchange system was at end of life age and unreliable.

Supplied and installed as the new warm water system were 2 x Aleabrax GFX120 storage Heat Exchangers manifolded with 4 x Therman 32 commercial condensing instantaneous hot water generators.

Goldman Plumbing prefabricated the majority of the new system prior to dismantling the existing system. The existing system was removed, and the new system installed out of hours with little to no inconvenience to the nursing home.
