Background & Context

Goldman Plumbing designed and installed a new hot water plant for the sebel harbourside kiama.

Our engineers look individually at the customer's needs, requirements and installation logistics to find the best solution possible.

Structured Delivery Approach

This project required a reliable high volume system that was uncomplicated, easy to maintain with inbuilt redundancy.

With the existing system removed, Goldman Plumbing supplied and manufactured the new hot water plant. Consisting of 2 x Aleabrax thermal storage heat exchangers supported by 2 x Aleabrax natural gas fired condensing boilers at 50 kW each, including associated pumps and control equipment.

Final Handover & Results

This energy efficient system was designed to meet the Hotel's current tempered water demands and was installed with minimal disruption to the facilities operation.
