Goldman Plumbing recently completed a compressed air installation on the Sydney Metro - City and Southwest Tunnel Project.
The compressed air for this project was installed to service the actuators on the tunnel's ventilation system. There were 17 plant rooms, each with two compressors and two air receivers. Over 580 individual compressed air lines were installed to pneumatic controls consisting of over 50,000 metres of stainless steel compressed air lines.
Goldman Plumbing are experienced in steam design. Installation and maintenance, Goldman has provided steam services to numerous Laundromats and Health Care facilities for use in sterilisation and large volume hot water delivery.
Standards & Compliance
Compressed air and industrial gas reticulation is pressure piping, designed and installed to AS 4041, with air receivers and pressure vessels to AS 1210 and gas installations to AS/NZS 5601.
